polo shirts wholesale Sacrament will be first along the Wasatch Front
Julie Barker is looking forward to when her ward will change to Sacrament meeting first in July. “By the end of the block its hard for the little ones to be expected to sit still for another hour. Then the treats come out and it’s like a full on lunchroom in there! If kids can have full bellies right before Sacrament meeting, I think they’ll be able to sit still better,” Barker said. She recognized that it is hard on primary leaders, but also said that they are equal to the task. “I am grateful each week for my children’s teachers and leaders they are amazing,” Barker added.
having Sacrament meeting first gives them that growth. “I’ve had church both ways in the past and I’ve always preferred Sacrament meeting first. I feel like it starts the block with the right spirit and parents are better able to help children stay reverent because they haven’t already sat through two hours of classes,” said Ogden resident Terresa Shreve. Others like to use the time for more introspection, coming early and having some time to ponder. Ogden resident Kathy Johnson is thrilled with the change. “I want to celebrate! It’s about time! When it comes to prioritizing, we all know the most important thing should come first,
” Johnson said. She has visited wards where Sacrament is first and she likes the way the tone of Sacrament meeting carries over to the rest of the meetings.
