How was your recruiting process?

The recruiting process was very exciting for me. I was fortunate enough to attend showcase tournaments and camps to be seen by some of the greatest institutions. With the guidance, support,

and encouragement from my family and my coaches, Coach Kilkenny, Coach Hawkins, Coach Watson, Coach Rose, and Coach Thorn, I was able to have a successful and fun recruiting process.

What were the reasons behind your verbal commitment?

Growing up, I aspired to attend an Ivy League school. I believe Brown offers everything I ever imagine, both academically and athletically. The fact that Brown is one of the schools in the nation says a lot about the school to me. I am intrigued by the open curriculum system at Brown as well. Coach McDonald and her staff are so approachable, and I believe they are willing to motivate student athletes to the best of their ability.

How would you describe your style of lacrosse and what do you believe your strengths are?

Coaches have told me that I am good at doing the work and am a machine on the field. I am an aggressive, but controlled team player, always willing to make that pass My athleticism on the field, whether to push a fast break, or to ride to the restraining line, are my strengths. I am also a player, because I am always willing to accept constructive criticism from my coaches.

What aspects of your game would you like to work on throughout your college career?

I would like to always improve upon my lacrosse IQ. Specifically, I plan to work on my shot placement and consistency, as well as to continue doing the work on the field. I believe that there will always be room to ameliorate my stick skills.

What goals do you have for the rest of your high school career?

I would like to continue to be an active team player and to hopefully lead my team one step at a time. I plan to pick up from where we left off last year, and keep the momentum rolling forward.
